Esta Puerta debi\u00f3 de alzarse en la primera mitad del siglo XIII y es de manifiesto estilo mud\u00e9jar.<\/strong>
     Cuando al entregaron el maestro Mahomed y sus alarifes, apareci\u00f3 como una obra de gala de la ciudad: tal era la gracia de de sus arcos de herradura, el juego de la piedra y el ladrillo, la galer\u00eda interior de los seis ventanales, las dos recias torres al barrio de las Corazas, con sus m\u00e9nsulas almenas y adornos…<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
